  12. I am going to purchase a 28.8 this weekend. Just wanted to get a little 
  13. bit of preliminary info.  I am using win95 TCP/IP stack and dial up to 
  14. connect to my ISP
  15. 1. What settings do I use for 28.8 in order to get maximum speed out of my 
  16. modem. My ISP has 28.8 also.  I notice there are not any 26,400 or 
  17. 28.8 settings under dial up.

  19. 2. Is there a way to measure true speed once connected to my ISP. Even 
  20. though I told my 14.4 to connect only at 19.2, the "connected to" info 
  21. screen says 14.4.  Is this a shortfall of Win95 communications???
